# Reporting your auditor will accept.

Wia exports auditor-ready data for the standards your reporting team is filing. We don't claim to be a CSRD platform; we claim to be the data layer underneath one.

The reporting team has a tool - consultancy spreadsheet, ESG software, internal model. What they lack is meter-level, scope-aware, auditor-defensible data. Wia delivers that, in the format their tool expects, with full lineage from the meter to the export.

## How reporting flows

### From meter to filing in three steps.

#### 01. Configure

Pick the frameworks each portfolio needs to file against - CSRD, EPBD, MEES, SECR, ISO 50001. Wia tags every meter and site with the relevant scope, jurisdiction and reporting period.

#### 02. Compute

Wia computes the framework-specific exports from real meter data - scope 1 from gas, scope 2 from electricity (market-based and location-based), renewables share, energy intensity per floor area or per tonne shipped.

#### 03. Export

Download the file in the format your reporting team or consultancy expects - PDF for archival, Excel for further analysis, CSV for spreadsheet workflows. Or push the data straight into Watershed, Sweep, Persefoni or any other ESG platform via our integrations and API.

## Everything Report does, in one place.

### Data layer for the standards under audit

CSRD · EPBD · EED · MEES · SECR · ISO 50001. Meter-level consumption, scope-equivalent breakdowns, renewables share, energy intensity - exported in the format your reporting team or consultancy needs, with full lineage from meter to export. Auditor-defensible by default.

### Pre-built reports for the certifications you ship

LEED · BREEAM · WELL · Energy Star · Green Star. Plus operational templates - Executive Summary, Sustainability, Facilities, Out-of-Hours, Cost Analysis, Site Comparison, and more. New templates can be added per customer.

### Push to your ESG platform

Wia syncs auditor-ready data directly into the cloud systems your reporting team or consultancy already lives in - Watershed, Sweep, Persefoni, Sphera and others - via direct integrations and a typed REST API. No re-keying, no broken exports.

## Lineage

### Every cell in every export traces back to a meter.

Auditors don't want the answer - they want to know how you got there. Every cell in a Wia export traces back to the underlying meter readings, the conversion factors used, the tariff applied, and the data-quality flags raised at the time. Click any number in any export to walk the lineage all the way to the meter.

**Data layers**: Scope 1 · gas, Scope 2 · electricity, Renewables share, Energy intensity

## FAQ

### Are Wia exports accepted by major auditors?

Yes. Exports include the full data lineage and methodology notes that audit firms require. We work with the Big 4 audit teams of multiple customers; they treat the data as primary-source.

### Can the report be branded for a consultancy that resells the data?

Yes. Consultancies can white-label exports - their logo, their template, their footer. Wia stays invisible to the end client.

### How does Wia handle different reporting calendars?

Reporting periods are configurable per portfolio and per framework. CSRD-aligned years, fiscal years and ad-hoc periods all coexist. Each export pins the exact period definition used.

### Will Wia file the regulatory return for us?

No. We are not a CSRD filer - that's your reporting team or consultancy. Wia is the data layer underneath: we make sure the data they file with is auditor-ready and traceable.
